CannaVerte LLC
The cannabis industry built a commodity trap for itself. A decade of rapid expansion produced oversupply, collapsing wholesale prices, and a market where thousands of brands compete on price selling nearly identical products — all derived from the same THC distillate or CBD isolate, produced through the same chemical extraction process. Margins compress. Differentiation disappears. The plant's full potential goes unrealized.

CannaVerte was built to change that.

What We Do
CannaVerte is a B2B technology licensing company. We develop and license patented cannabis and hemp processing equipment to licensed operators. We do not produce, handle, or sell cannabis. Our customers are cannabis and hemp manufacturers who want to escape the commodity market, capture more value from their biomass, and produce a differentiated, proprietary ingredient their competitors cannot source elsewhere.

Full Spectrum Powder™
At the core of CannaVerte is our patent-pending Full Spectrum Powder™ technology — a four-step, entirely solvent-free process that converts whole-plant cannabis or hemp biomass directly into a fine, shelf-stable, water-soluble powder. Where conventional extraction chemically fractures the plant — isolating THC or CBD while discarding terpenes, flavonoids, and minor cannabinoids — CannaVerte's process preserves everything intact.

The result is the entourage effect in a scalable commercial format: a clean-label, water-soluble ingredient that mixes into any formulation — beverages, supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, and nutraceuticals — without solvents, cold chain, or complex extraction infrastructure. Key performance metrics: 95%+ yield efficiency versus an industry average of 60–80%, throughput of up to 200 kg per day, and a shelf life exceeding 24 months. Output is lab-verified and standardized per batch.

Business Model
CannaVerte licenses its technology rather than operating processing facilities. Each customer relationship generates three concurrent revenue streams: an upfront hardware sale, a territorial exclusivity license fee, and an ongoing production royalty per gram processed. The licensing structure keeps CannaVerte regulatory-light across multi-state and cross-border operations and produces predictable recurring revenue as licensees scale production.

Customers and Market
CannaVerte's primary customers are licensed cannabis and hemp processors in US states and Canadian provinces where cannabis is legal. Secondary customers include hemp ingredient manufacturers supplying the CPG, supplement, and beverage sectors, and cannabis brands seeking to vertically integrate their ingredient supply chain. Emerging markets include Tribal Nation cannabis operations and veteran-serving wellness brands.

The addressable market spans approximately 1,200 licensed cannabis processors in North America, within an industry currently valued at $36.5 billion and growing at a 14% compound annual rate. Hemp presents an immediate, federally legal first-mover opportunity with no interstate commerce restrictions under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Traction and Credentials
CannaVerte has a paying pilot customer — a CBD tea producer and distributor — with four production batches per year completed, providing proof of process, quality, and repeatability. Seven processors are in inventory and ready for deployment. Two international patent families covering the processing method and equipment received an independent third-party indicative valuation of $3 million to $5 million in March 2026, with milestone-dependent upside upon broader commercialization.

Team
Chad Currin (Co-Founder) is an early hemp R&D licensee and cannabis plant scientist with deep expertise in cannabis biochemistry, processing science, and agricultural applications. Tom Gilardi (Co-Founder) leads processor engineering and business development, overseeing mechanical design, equipment manufacturing, and partner deployment. Together they invented the Full Spectrum Powder™ process and have taken it from concept through patent prosecution, pilot production, and initial commercialization.
