We are a Chicago style pizzeria with homemade recipes and a from-scratch kitchen. Looking for capital to expand in the Houston Texas area. Originally from Chicago, moving to Houston was a way to get out of the cold. It turns out Texas is an ideal placed to establish a Chicago Pizza chain. Texas has no pizza identity, and I am here to change that...BIG Z's Chicago Pizza is born!!!
Not just pizza- BIG Z's also has the Italian Beef Sandwich, the Chicago Hot Dog, and the Combo rounding off the trifecta of Chicago traditions. Also on the menu, smoked chicken wings, homemade Queso, Italian Subs, Tachos, Pastas, Polish Sausage just to name a few.
Expand in Houston through express locations using a small footprint, small build out, limited menu, 1000 to 1400 square foot. This would become the franchise model. The 2500 square foot locations will have a small sports bar in more trendy areas. Expansion to Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas Fort Worth areas will be next.
The end game here is to build a successful, profitable, popular franchise. In approximately 10 to 15 years sell to the highest bidder. Or double down and go country and worldwide. Locations in Orlando, Vegas, LA, Dubui, Canadia and even come full circle back to Chicago.
