There are not a lot of options for family entertainment in Hilo, Hawaii and I want to bring not only a place where families can go to enjoy some quality time together, but also a place where they can celebrate together. The only venue for families to gather for birthdays and other celebrations is the arcade in the mall, which expanded greatly after COVID. Given the amount of rainfall we get yearly. an indoor facility is a must to be able to operate daily and maximize hours. Indoor Neon Golf (Putt Putt) is a format that is not on any of the Islands, and would be a unique opportunity to capture the market. Being a tourist destination we also would be able to offer visitors a break uniquely designed for Hawaii.
My vision is a 9 hole indoor setup with 3 rooms that can be rented for corporate events, birthdays, etc. No overhead for the room rental, customers responsible for food/beverages.
I have identified the Company to design and manufacture the course. Funding would be for construction, rent of facility, and first year startup costs.
