Bi-Fold Screen Enclosure

The Bi-Fold Screen Enclosure makes that covered patio usable year-round. Currently have a patent pending status as of March 28th. Prototype built and currently selling, fabricating & installing the product with outside components. Industry experience since Feb 1989. Instead of licensing a manufacturer and getting royalties I have chosen to build the business with my team consisting of over 100 years combined experience to effectively build the business consisting of Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Fabricating, Installation and Operations. Being in the industry since 1989 I have a supporting cast of proven performers throughout the U.S. that will help build all 6 markets for the Bi-Fold Screen Enclosure. What differentiates my product from any of the others is the appearance, ease of operation, the ability to have it opened or closed and no bottom track that creates a tripping hazard. The six profit centers I will implement for the product is as follows:
1) Retail Sales in house
2) Wholesale, Set up Dealers throughout the U.S.
3) E-commerce online orders
4) Builders for new home subdivisions offered as a upgrade.
5) Apartment/ Condominium communities, New builds & existing.
6) Commercial properties, Hotels, Restaurant, Hospitals, Schools, Workplace.. Anywhere with a covered patio area where people take breaks from work, eat, relax, entertaining in a more comfortable area without the issues of flies, mosquitoes and other flying insects. Because of the different screen options it allows the area to be cooled down as well in the hot climates. Once the infrastructure is put in place I project first-year sales at 10 million combined with a 20% increase per year after.
