Our Company provides the service of creating and implementing unique custom-made software for International couriers and freight forwarding companies primarily located in the Caribbean and South and Central America. We also have an equipped 8,000-square-foot facility in Miami to process the receiving and international shipping of all the cargo and parcels for the clients that purchase our software. Our technology is Unique and proven to make all business operations easier and faster for everyone prioritizing communication, organization, and timely coordination at all times.
Our target clients are mostly international couriers and freight forwarding companies that provide purchasing assistance or last-mile service to their customers. At present, they resort to cookie-cutter software that does not provide them with a solid solution to their logistics needs. We offer to develop software specifically tailored to their needs without making them pay for modules or features they do not yet or ever will need while also making the use of the software simple and fast.
We provide our customers with a simple yet economical and convenient solution to their international processing needs at a very low cost for the development of the software; we do, however, require a 24 to 60-month service contract where the price of the fee will vary depending on the number of users, functions, and automation features they request. We also charge a fee for physically processing their shipments in our Miami facility that varies depending on the time each process will take.
Our Company is in the post-revenue stage, and, in the short term, we are looking to acquire more of the market in the region we currently service, as well as expand to other regions like Europe and Asia in the long term. Best Creative Solutions was established in 2019, but our founder has been in the industry since 1998, and our team comprises 14 highly qualified and committed individuals.
