Anchor Point precast

Concrete basements has never evolved into a modular package like the rest of the house .  Normal basement walls take 3- 4 weeks from excavation to backfill , then the rest of the house comes as a package and built in days . So, why cant the basement be built in days ?

I have patented a design in Canada and USA for a pre cast concrete basement. This product mainly caters to the residential and light commercial sector.
