Raising 75k to fund Benefits Analysis App

Benefit packages are complicated and if you don't understand the cost of a medical plan you might end up costing you more than if you took a different job. The app that I am having developed will compare two benefit packages for either someone who is switching jobs or got offered multiple offers and will help determine which package is best based on the cost of the medical plan, the number of holidays and PTO offered, and other factors. The application has scalability that relies on storing the data the users upload with goals of disrupting how companies provide benefits to their users. The initial revenue plan will be based on ad-revenue with the plans of integrating a subscription plan for company's to compare their current plan with the industry average.
The target audience is job-hoppers and the younger generation. They currently use tiktok to talk about benefit transparency and  would appreciate a service that helps them understand what they are receiving. In order to reach the target audience my marketing plan is to reach out to corporate influences who use TikTok and instagram and have them promote the service.
I have someone who is helping me with social media and branding but the rest is on me. I have had meetings with a development company and am trying to raise 75k to help develop the app and have room for a marketing budget.
Why am I passionate about this project? 1) I have gotten to the end of the interview process and realized the benefits were sad and not worth the time it took to interview and would like a singular place to be able to look up a companies benefits. 2) PTO isn't the only make or break when it comes to good benefits, I once received an offer and after using excel I realized if I accepted the job the medical insurance would have cost me $6000 more a year.
