Geographically we have started within the US. We understand the US market. Demographics are 50+ majority female, retired, health aware and median to high median income.
Psychographically our consumer is aware of their health. Has an active lifestyle even though they may be aging. Is looking for alternatives to pharma products that have side effects.
Business Model
All of our product 1- must work & 2- taste good. Using third party labs that have extensive R&D departments and FDA fully inspected facilities are a critical component to company value.
Customer service is also critical. All of our shipping facilities are able to turn orders in 48 hours or less. When we had 646 orders for a Circle K in and out that processed, packed and shipped in 5 days.

Currently we are focused on 50+ females. We have gained significant traction in more rural areas using TV segments.
Our top markets for sales are MN, FL, TX, IA and CT. Focusing on retail in those areas where we have good online sales and some brand recognition would be next steps. From there regional grocery, health food and regional tests at national pharmacy retailers.

Our TV appearances in 30+ markets have created a loyal following and word of mouth sales increases. Because this product works, we are able to create loyalty and retention. We have active email campaigns. Next Steps are to continue building out Bricks and Mortar retail presence.

Competitors in the supplement space are pills and gummies.
itSpray doesn't contain any drugs like an OTC sleeping pill with a pain killer in it. Oral Spray has a 98% efficacy rate vs 10-20% for a pill or gummy. Customized dose = advantage vs trying to break or cut a pill/gummy.
There are a few new sprays entries. Better You from the UK slow entry, Dr Spray's & 1 sec. supp. they are single vitamin vs our complete solution.

All of our formulas are owned by Benesprays. We have invested in R&D at high quality labs which has allowed us to bring the consumer consistent product without blips in production.
