Brands fund those credits through a proprietary DSP, getting verified, high-intent consumer engagement in return. We're also launching CollegeGain, applying the same model to college students earning toward tuition and housing costs. The platform sits at the intersection of proptech, adtech, and fintech — with 60,000+ organic app downloads, 145,000+ users onboarded through property manager partnerships, and 70+ live brand advertisers. We've raised $2.2M pre-seed and are currently raising our next round.
