Raising a 150K to open up a Cloud-Kitchen Delivery Service

My idea is to startup a cloud kitchen that delivers food only to the customer to help deal with the ongoing crisis of covid-19 and help to further prevent the spread of the disease with giving people the platform to order a good barbecue meal and a good soul food meal without having to leave the comfort and safety of their home. With my cloud kitchen the customer will also be able to order and pickup their meal if they choose while giving them a specific time to be at location to get their meal without having to wait in a line. My goal is to operate my cloud kitchen similar to a fast-food restaurant keeping the wait time down to a bare minimum and the delivery time within a 20-minute time frame. Which would give the kitchen a high turn-over rate. Getting as much good food out to the Las Vegas community as safely and as quickly as possible. I've put in a map of the area of Las Vegas and the demographics that my cloud kitchen will be able to reach.

The cost of outfitting the space is out of pocket. It comes as seen on the photo with these instructions.
What We Provide:
1.       Pre-Built, Move-in Ready Kitchen: 9 ft. hood w/ANSUL, 3-comp, hand wash, and food prep sinks, outlets, water + gas valves, make-up air unit 
2.       Start Up Support: Kitchen Design, Architectural Drawings, Health Permit Processing, Digital Onboarding, Menu Build, Account Setup, Otter Tablet & Printer.
3.       FOH Labor: We have FOH staff at the facilities who will be running your orders from your kitchen to the drivers/customers in the lobby. There is no need for your cook to leave the kitchen or deal with customers
4.       Amenities: Walk- In Refrigerator/Walk- In Freezer, Dry Storage, Commercial Ice Machines, Break Room, Mop Room, Trash/Recycling, Dedicated Access Points for employees/food service deliveries, Dedicated Parking Lot, Restrooms, Employee Lockers. 
5.       Customer Support - Cloud Kitchens customer success team will handle 95% of customer inquiries with delivery platforms, 86 menu items, and more. 
6.       Marketing Support - Dedicated account manager, marketing best practices/delivery app expertise, drive demand through Future Foods, Boost, walk-up ordering kiosk, Cloud Retail, catering platforms, etc. You are allowed to design the kitchen and make improvements as you see fit:

The total cost of equipment to outfit the space is $11,314, estimated cost of food items: $5,000 - $7,000, Licensing is $3,000, Monthly rent between $3,000 - $5,000 equaling $60,000 at years end, $9,000 upfront to get lease including first month's rent, POS system, and equipment set up in the space, Permits and Insurance $2,500, Extra expenses $25,000.
Estimated cost of startup is $118,000.
The name of my startup cloud-kitchen is BBQ & Soul of Las Vegas, my menu items will consist of barbecue meats as in ribs, burgers, wings, chicken, sausage, beef ribs, brisket all smoked, the other items will consist of different southern soul food dishes and desserts. I want to bring different flavors and flavor conversions of south meeting west sauces and meets. Some spicier than others, some sweet, and even the bitter. The soul food will be a display of soul food dishes not a part of the mainstream is the hospitality business that missing in Las Vegas like real boudin and southern rice and spicey meet sausage. I want the bring the originality of the South to the west, something new and fresh that will tempt the palate and soothe the soul. Something that I feel is missing here in Las Vegas when it comes to southern cuisine. My competition is everyone involved in the restaurant business and what makes me unique is my commitment at being the best in my kitchen and my desire to feed the people with something that will bring comfort and peace during that moment of their feast.
