Several components of air pollution have been linked to asthma. In addition to the well studied air pollutions such as nitrogen dioxide ,sulfur dioxide, and  ozone, diesel exhaust and diesel exhaust particles (DEP) also appear to play a role in respiratory and allergic diseases. Diesel exhaust is composed of vapors,gases,and fine particles emitted by diesel- fueled compression- ignition engines.(DEP) can act as a nonspecific airway irritants at relatively high levels..At lower levels, DEPs promote release of specific cytokines, chemokines, immunoglobulins, and oxidants in the upper and lower airways.

Release of these mediators of the allergic and inflammatory response initiates a cascade that can culminate in airways inflammation, mucus secretion, serum leakage into the airways, and bronchial smoot muscle contraction. (DEP) also may promote expression of the T(subscript)H subscript)2 immunological response phenotype that has been associated with asthma
and allergic disease. DEP appears to have greater immunological effects in the presence of environmental allergens than they do alone. this immunological evidence may help explain the
epidemiological studies indicating that children living along major trucking thoroughfares are at risk for asthmatic and allergic symptoms and more likely to have objective evidence of respiratory dysfunction.

Environmental Justice Act-Urban Pollution Crisis

On February 17,2022, President Biden signed into law the Environmental Justice Act.

The bill states that communities of color and low income communities have faced disproportionate harm from climate change and the environmental contaminants for decades. It must hold "Corporate Polluters" responsible for rampant pollution that creates the type of underlying conditions that are contributing to the disproportionate rates of illness among People of Color, Latino and Native American. This means  officials setting policy must be" Accountable to the People and Communities they Serve."

Baxter Nano Solutions will reduce emissions and maintenance cost  using Nano technology
 
Nano technology using "Nano Gold" particles in a study done at Rice University in Texas has eliminated prostate cancer using non-evasive surgery. Using a Nano technology in contact lenses has eliminated color blindness.

Nano Diesel Fuel
Baxter will use oil and fuel enhanced with Nano technologies to reduce emissions as much as 50%. The change of the molecular structure of these fluids from ' "Molecular to Nonecular"
will reduce emissions by providing a clean fuel burn which is the cause of the high emissions levels. The inconsistent  "Molecular" structure of diesel fuel is the reason for poor fuel burn.
Nano enhanced fuel will eliminate the emissions crisis by having the fuel particles burn at the same rate. The other factor effecting fuel burn is filtration which we address. Our Nano  fuel filtration system will remove ,water, dirt and air from the fuel system. These three factors are a major cause of high emission from diesel engines.

Filtration levels -Oil/Fuel
Oil Filtration
The standard oil Original Equipment manufacture  (OEM) filtration level filters 5% of the oil at the 35 micron level. Our filtration level will filter 100% of the oil at .5 micron..
This filtration level of the oil will significantly reduce toxic emissions and significantly increase the life of the engine. The carbonization of the oil  is 50% of the emission problem which we will eliminate by constantly (100%) cleansing the oil  as the vehicle is driven .

Fuel Filtration
The (OEM )  fuel filtration level is very limited in perfrmance.It only filters out certain dirt particles. Our  filtration level filters out air, water and the dirt  100% 
Cleansed fuel will have a significant reduction in emissions ,engine maintenance and increase fuel economy.

Hydrogen Cell Technology. (PSEG)
We have located a variety of hydrogen cell technologies that can be retro fit to vehicles to reduce emission and fuel consumption. I have located several systems. My vision is to invest in these companies, manufacture locally and become exclusive US distributor. PSEG will be a customer for this technology.

Nano brake Technology-Reduces Emissions.
Brakes emit more emissions than exhaust. We be instrumental in bring thi Nano technology to market for fleets and customers.
This technology will double brake life and reduce stopping distance by 15 to 20%.

Nano tire technology-Reduces Emissions
This technology will double tire life, increase fuel mileage and eliminate flat tires.

The NJDEP could mandate these system be installed on all state vehicles.
The EPA could mandate this equipment be installed on all vehicles operating in the Greater Newark NJ  area that operate vehicle at Port Newark.
Port Newark and the Greater NY region has the highest NOx level in the US. The NOx emission is the major cause of Asthma.

My niche and passion is reducing failure in commercial vehicles. Having an uncle who was a mechanical engineer who owned a trucking
sparked my interest early. He would take me with him as a child on weekends to service his vehicles. Working with him  showed me why and how failure occurred in commercial vehicles.
While still in high school i would apprentice with PSEG in plant operation. Although a Political Science/law while in college i worded in a truck dealership.
Upon finishing college with a choice of law school or General Motors Corp commercial vehicle engineering dept. I chose my passion-Trucks.
Their is not a component on a vehicle which i can not reduce or eliminate failure from the windshield to the taillights. I was assigned Fortune 1000 fleets to design and develop maintenance  schedules.

Social Responsibility
Having the skills to reduce emissions from vehicles in urban neighborhoods that are a major cause of Asthma and not using them would be considered cowardly.
I am a member of the Algonquin tribe. We have inhabited the northeastern region of the US for 12,000 years.  We are taught to value the environment we live in.
My family has been instrumental in building schools in this region for 200 plus years.
i will continue in this tradition.

My initial interest in Nano started with water and my personal health. My doctor advised me that i needed to clean my cells and organs to remain healthy.
