I'm raising $10k to start a remote hosting business helping landlords make more money with short term rentals through AirBnB and VRBO without doing any more work. I plan to use the funding to purchase access to a mentorship program called BNB Success Academy. This coaching program will help me start my business and land my first co-listing in 14 days or less. From there, I will scale the business by capturing more co-listed properties each month and generate recurring revenue ($10k per month and more).  The mentorship will teach me how to prospect for property owners, negotiate a commission of 20-25% per co-listing, hire a team of people to clean and maintain the properties, and handle customer service.  I strongly believe in this mentorship and business model and what it can do to help my family and me earn more money and freedom of time to enjoy our lives even more.
