This significant increase created a strong opening for a hybrid of two strategies: 'subject to' and 'wrap' seller financing. The structure allows us to buy real estate at ~2019 interest rates while then selling at today's inflated interest rates. Additionally, our standard transactions are achieved with significant leverage as a result of a combination of factors.
