Bamboo Teahouse Inn LLC. is a new, small Bed and Breakfast focused on providing rooms with a clean and Japanese modern character that is attractive views from the highest spot in the Austin area to leisure visitors to the Leander-Austin area. The Company’s rooms will feature modern furniture, high-end technology, and modern accessories.

Bamboo Teahouse Inn LLC. will offer all of the standard Bed and Breakfast services including daily room cleaning, free local calls, cable TV, a free wireless network, and various other amenities. Additionally, the Bed and Breakfast will include a Japanese-style restaurant lounge serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as Afternoon Tea and Cocktails.

Bamboo Teahouse Inn LLC. will primarily serve leisure travelers who seek comfort, necessary amenities, and simplicity of services. In general, the market for the bed and breakfast segment tends to be relatively affluent and well-educated.

There is currently no Bed and Breakfast in the community we are entering. In addition, we have surveyed the area and determined that they have frequent visitors who would use our Bed and Breakfast location when launched.

Bamboo Teahouse Inn was founded by Venda Levy and associate. While Venda Levy has been in the Bed and Breakfast search for some time, it was in July 2018 that she decided to launch Bamboo Teahouse Inn specifically, during this time, Venda Levy and her associate took a business trip to the Austin area. During his trip, Venda Levy could not find a mid-level, Bed, and Breakfast in the downtown area. After several visiting the Bed and Breakfast options in the city and learning of the expected growth in travel to Austin, Venda Levy recognized an opportunity.

Bamboo Teahouse Inn LLC. will develop a 20,000 square foot Bed and Breakfast with key elements that will include the following:

Lower Floors with 10 Single rooms
2 Connecting Rooms
Restaurant Lounge (Community Center)

The Bed and Breakfast location will have 15 dedicated parking spots which should suffice even in peak parts of the travel season as guests will often not have cars with them

Bamboo Teahouse Inn plans to be open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to take care of all guests’ inquiries and issues as they may arise. As demand dictates, we may extend or reduce our services and hours.
