We already have permits, designs, building teams and marketing videos and internet campaigns going on.
This development began in 2017 so whoever goes will have 7 years ahead of work just ready to pick up the profits coming from it.
Now the lot prices are 130,000 us and the investment needed for constructions is 80,000 us dollars, the final price will be between 280,000 us
to 300,000 us dollars. Our proposal is divide profits based on the porcentage amount invest on land and construction, if 80,000 is construction invested
on a final sale of 280,000 house sold that would be 28.57% of total profit after expenses. 280,000 - 210,000 = 70,000 x 28.57% would be a profit of 19,999
on a 15 months investment or less wich is the average of houses sold in the area.
Each construction will take around 4 months on steel frame, wood and cement.
This investment applies for an investor visa in Colombia if needed, we have accountants and lawyers in place for this purpose.
