I’m Julia Tobey, founder of Ballyhoo Denver. We’re creating a unique venue in the Highlands neighborhood at 3300 Tejon that blends live entertainment with a vibrant coffee culture, lively cocktail bar and offering a space for both artistic performances and community gatherings. Our space provides both a top-tier performance venue and a specialty food and beverage offering, drawing in audiences day and night while maximizing revenue streams.

At Give 5 Productions, we’ve hosted countless successful shows and events since our 2007 inception, built a respected and award-winning brand, and now, as Ballyhoo, we’ve established partnerships with local artists, theater groups, and food and beverage suppliers. The live entertainment industry is booming, with consumers eager for unique in-person experiences. The specialty coffee, cocktails and mocktail markets are also seeing rapid growth, creating an ideal synergy for sustained revenue.

We’re raising $300k to create jobs, build out and fund our operations, event programming, and café experience. Investors will receive free drinks and shows, 15% APR with a 30% buyout expected in next three years, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, community-driven business in the entertainment and hospitality space.
