Hello, please allow me to introduce you to the next designer clothing brand to hit the market. 
Bag Time Apparel is a timeless brand that will soon become a household name in America. Through our departments we will provide high quality material clothing with a designer feel at an affordable rate. I have created a brand that not only looks good but has a true positive impact on our consumers. Our clothing is intended to alter the way consumers think. We aim to inspire consumers! We know that through our high quality designer feel product at a competitive affordable rate consumers will develop a sense of swagger as they take on the day in our clothing. 

I have done something remarkable with my brand and created a second department that has already began generating sales. This department has an order for an under funded school in Memphis Tennessee that is currently in progress. Our consumer has locked in a  gear agreement making my company the sole provider for their apparel for the next 3 years. I have a commitment from a college in place and I am currently working on a semi pro teams order from San Diego California.

My name is Tyeshay Davis Founder of bag Time Apparel LLC. Before founding BagTime, I worked full time with a top staging company in San Diego California as the team lead. I became the team lead within four months of being back with the company. Before that, I was a professional athlete! I signed two professional football contracts, my first was overseas in turkey in 2018. The second was here in the United States, Wenatchee WA.
I am no stranger to adversity. I have always been able to adapt and adjust on the fly in order to succeed. Through life I’ve learned how to separate emotion from reality and take everything as face value which I find to be very helpful when running my business. I’ve always been a leader/ captain in sports, and now its time to do it on a bigger platform through clothing.
Second in command

Amber VanAllen is relentless! She is a driven young woman that will not be denied. From the moment I met Amber she’s done nothing but succeed and persevere through her struggles- which is why we gravitated towards each other. Born in the Bronx NY and raised in New Jersey, at age 21 she pioneered out west for a fresh start in San Diego, California. She is currently in school with an intended major of Accounting and finances. She strives to better herself and her situations day in and day out. She is an exceptional addition to the team and brings amazing intellectual property to the company.
Head of athletic apparel department 
Byron Leyva is a patient, persistent, and a determined Army veteran who severed 5 years as an air assault infantrymen, and served 2 tours in Iraq. He was born and raised in San Diego California. We met playing semi-pro football in 2017 an have been achieving great things side by side ever since. From being defensive captains to winning defensive awards together, and even signing pro contracts together.  

Bag Time Apparel LLC has already began generating sales and we haven’t even launched yet. I am creating this proposal in hopes that an investor or investment group will see the vision I have and the hard work I have put in to get the business to this point. I am eager to get this company funded so that we can begin making money together. We recently just secured and locked in a sponsorship agreement with a kart racing team based out of San Diego.

My goal is to negotiate an agreement on  20k for a Return on investment of up to 18%. I am in a position where I am ready put the blood sweat and tears into growing this business! I need the capital to move forward and process the orders of apparel I have on standby. I have a warehouse that I need to fit out in packing and shipping gear as well as clothing racks. The funding is essential to making our projected launch date & start generating sales while making a true positive difference in America. 
 We have fully prepared by doing our research and learning everything we need to know about our market space who the industry leader is, what the fastest growing brand is in 2020 and so forth. We’ve developed a 12 page business plan that I know investors will love and believe in.
