Boring (no engagement) - we fix that through using IBL (Inquiry Based Learning and Collaborative, group learning)
Antiquated (old and out of date) - We have interactive projectors, 3D printers, AR and VR equipment. Smart TVs, Coding classes and technocentric capabilities for AI
Rigid (no flexibility) - We have relaxed start and finish of our days, flexible seating, student-led work periods, no homework or tests requiring rote memory, project led learning
Ideologically-Laden (agendas and trends) - We combat current trends by remaining focused on real life-skill development and via celebrating every child for who they are born to be
Compliant Essential (constant rules for conformity) - We encourage choices, empower unique ideas and innovations, enable entrepreneurship, entice creative genius
The five main areas we would like to focus on to ensure a holistic learning experience are as follows:

OUR ASK: We are seeking an investor who wants to build the first and only school of its kind in Ontario, Canada "Agorawith premiere facilities that rival the largest schools. A space with futuristic designs, recreational paradise with a state-of-the-art educational space that inspires the next generation of World Leaders. We are looking for a partner or silent investor. The owner, Sylvia Badwi, has developed her methodology based on her education at several universities including Harvard. With over 23+ years in the academic space, she is a devout learner who is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education. She is a prolific speaker, influencer and credible expert on Child Development. She has three exceptional children of her own and her dream is to develop the largest grossing and highest performance academy that will establish excellence and be role model to the global community.
We already have families that want to immigrate from other countries to attend our small academy. We would like to expand to service every child who needs an alternative to current educational systems that are prohibitive and restrictive. For our future school, we would like a building that includes the following critical elements:

Outdoor Soccer/Football Fields
Expansive Library with wall to ceiling books and spaces where there are e-readers
World-Class Cafeteria with the possibility of chain restaurants and independent vendors to lease space
Sound Insulated Music room for practice and an incredible amphitheater for concerts, plays and events
An art studio, dance studio that doubles as a martial-arts dojo
An all glass, domed forum for speeches, workshops, presentations, guest speakers and "Agora Talks"
A science lab that allows for innovation in astronomy, healthcare, geology, physics and other sciences
A garage to explore mechanics and automotive engineering
Woodworking space for students to build and construct projects as they learn carpentry skills
Outdoor space sufficient for permaculture, horticulture and agriculture as they learn sustainable gardening skills
Specified and specialized sensory rooms, insulated screaming pods and a gym where students can channel negative energy into exercise
Open classrooms with lots of natural light that serve as a "gathering" space for students in different learning communities

In my current rolodex of families right now, I have access to professional architects, builders, engineers and skilled laborers who are happy to contribute and build this utopian school. I am looking to invest what I can for this dream. I have worked so hard to get here.
