AZ Notary & Fingerprinting LLC

Raising 50k to open a storefront so we can offer fingerprinting services.

A mobile notary company with approximately 4 years in business that would like to open a brick and mortar location to offer Live Scan fingerprinting to our growing community that at this time does not have a good option for the service.

Aside from the fact that we have no real competition in the fingerprint marketplace in our city, or within 30 miles of it, we pride ourselves on one thing. Outstanding customer service. Especially since Covid hit, the businesses that have survived around here have forgotten that they key ingredient to success is a happy customer. The main objective we strive for every day on both the notary and fingerprinting side of our company is to be quick, efficient and completely customer focused in everything we do. Because, without our customers, we cease to exist.  I believe that true human connection is very hard to achieve, especially with strangers. It gets even harder to do when you only have a limited interaction time with them. I believe that the connections I make with my customers is very special and memorable to them, which is why I get so much repeat business and referrals. I think that alone would be hard for someone else to achieve on the level that I have done it.

With the mobile notary, we are solving an issue, that yes, others can offer as well. I just believe that we are unique for the reasons stated above. As for the fingerprinting, there are VERY limited offerings for Live Scan fingerprinting here in Casa Grande. The nearest are that offers it is a 30 to 45 minute drive at the closest and appointments schedule out at least a week in advance. With the funds to open a brick and mortar location, we would be able to offer Live Scan fingerprinting 5 days a week by appointment and walk in with an additional 2 Saturdays a month for walk ins. Casa Grande alone has a population of approximately 62k with smaller surrounding communities as well as an Indian reservation that makes up an additional 25 to 35k citizens. Approximately 80% of those people need to be fingerprinted for work. At least 50% of those that need fingerprinted need to do so every 1 to 3 years. What a hassle to have to do that AND have to drive way out of town to do so. That’s where we come in. We know that other companies are going to copy every thing we do. What they cannot copy is our employees and their dedication to our customers. We have been in business in this town since 2017 and people trust us because we always show up, on time and ready for anything.

Our local competition would be the UPS store, which offers LiveScan and on site notary services, and one locally owned shop that also offers fingerprinting, not LiveScan as well as on site Notary. The police department also offers LiveScan. None of these places really care because they have other sources of revenue. UPS, their main business revenue is shipping and PO Boxes. The police department is obvious, they only offer the fingerprinting a few days a month as a courtesy to the community. As for the locally owned business, they do not offer the same type of fingerprinting and their main source of revenue is insurance and DMV registrations.

Bottom line is that our community needs this service at this level. No one is offering it. I have spoken with the Chamber of Commerce, local businesses and city employees and the response is always the same. "when are you opening?"  "wow, I can't wait!" "Oh thank God, finally!".  Our community's projected growth is another 10k over the next 5 years, and that is just for Casa Grande alone, not accounting for our surrounding smaller cities and Indian reservation which all come here for business.
