Acquisition of well-established and profitable Insurance Agency

I am an experienced licensed independent insurance agent. In my former life, I worked for a classic automobile insurance company, which recently sold for $3 billion. I contributed to growing this agency from a $2.7 million book of business into a $150 million book of business when I retired ten years later. Now, I want to acquire an existing and already profitable independent insurance agency. I have my eye on one that makes approximately $900,000 in revenue and holds a $5.5 million business book. I have a rich past in the classic car industry and relationships spanning the last 25 years. I need a solid, progressive "backroom" that can handle the substantial accounts I am ready to bring.
