We are seeking to fund a proof-of-concept study for an airport terminal which will solve today's legacy airport design challenges.
The Founder team of three, has 40 years each of successful experience in aviation, rail, and the legal business, all with Master Degrees and one JD degree, and have combined these skills to steer the design through concept to contract stage.
The business model is to offer the airport and airline industries a new design unlike any legacy terminals, in which handling costs are reduced and revenues will increase by at least 25%. In return we will monetize the concept through the sale of licensing fees charged to the airport and airlines, in return for the use of all intellectual property related to the new concept.
Within the concepts' smaller footprint, technology such as digitalization will drive the power systems, autonomous and robotic systems will handle the servicing functions, all to provide a faster, cheaper, and greener terminal than any of today's legacy terminals.
The concept is scalable to accommodate all current operating commercial aircraft, as well as those of the future. All this will be achieved with a terminal that is also fully sustainable.
The market is the world's top 100-150 airports, 50 of them in the $1billion gross revenue club, and all needing to double in size by 2037.
An academic peer review indicated a 25%+ improvement over legacy design, with recommendations to prove to the industry the concept's viability.
The industry is poised to make change to meet the passenger growth forecast, with current technology to raise the bar with a concept that is a natural progression of the legacy era.
Our concept will become the brand leader in the transportation industry: promoting cities, building passenger growth, increasing tourism, earning passenger loyalty and status.
