Automotive Fleet Solutions

AFS kills fleet downtime. That's a multi-billion-dollar problem nobody's solved at scale.

Automotive Fleet Solutions (AFS) is reinventing how the largest fleets up the west coast stay on the road. Instead of forcing fleet operators to send vehicles into a shop — where every hour off the road costs them real money — we bring fully equipped mobile technicians directly to their yards, job sites, and depots. The result: less downtime, lower total maintenance cost, and fleet managers who finally have a service partner built around their operations, not the shop's hours.

The market. Commercial fleet maintenance in the U.S. is a multi-billion-dollar category still overwhelmingly served by fragmented local shops and dealership service bays — slow, inconvenient, and not built for the modern fleet operator. The shift to mobile, on-site service is happening, and AFS is positioned to lead it.

Our customers. Businesses operating light to medium duty vehicle fleets — last-mile delivery, logistics, construction, utilities, municipal services, and corporate fleets — where vehicle uptime directly drives revenue.

What we do. Preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and a growing scope of mechanical service, delivered on-site by certified mobile technicians on a recurring service model. AFS currently services light-duty and medium-duty fleets, with a planned expansion into the heavy-duty segment — unlocking a significantly larger ticket size per vehicle and deeper share-of-wallet with existing enterprise customers. We're standardizing what has historically been a one-off, transactional industry into a scalable, subscription-aligned service relationship.

Traction. AFS launched in July 2024 and has scaled from $8K in first-month revenue to roughly $500K/month, now operating across 11 markets spanning four regions: Southern California, Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. The business has been built capital-efficiently — backed by $500K from two seed investors plus $100K of personal capital from the Founder & CEO — with 100% of operating profits reinvested into growth and market expansion.

The team. AFS is led by operators who have already built and scaled the mobile fleet maintenance playbook at two prior companies — including one that sold for $190M.

Andrew Joo — Founder & CEO. 12+ years across the automotive industry at the retail, corporate, startup, and executive levels. Andrew was a core early operator at RepairSmith, the Daimler-backed mobile mechanic startup, where he led customer service, sales, and process build-out on the B2C side — helping take the business through a 10x revenue ramp in 12 months. RepairSmith was acquired by AutoNation in 2024 for $190M. Andrew was then recruited by Get Spiffy to launch and scale their fleet maintenance line from scratch. He opened the first two markets in under 60 days servicing Amazon delivery vehicles, and within 18 months grew the line to 16 markets and $10M+ ARR. Andrew founded AFS in 2024 to fix the gaps he repeatedly saw both competitors and prior employers miss — building a customer-obsessed fleet maintenance ecosystem from the ground up.

Nathan Sallee — VP of Field Operations. 40+ years of automotive experience, with deep technical roots as a master technician and transmission rebuilder. Nathan led RepairSmith's Pacific Northwest region — taking it to the #1-performing market in the company under Andrew's leadership. He followed Andrew to Get Spiffy as Director of Operations for Amazon maintenance services, where he was instrumental in building that $10M ARR line in 18 months. At AFS, Nathan installs operational discipline and core values at the field level across every market.

Adrian Rios — Director of Business Development. 20+ years in automotive, beginning his career as a master technician before moving into leadership. Adrian led the Southern district at both RepairSmith and Get Spiffy, delivering strong performance in both roles. At AFS, he owns enterprise client onboarding and brings a proven track record of landing and retaining high-profile fleet accounts.

Aaron Gutierrez — Director of Supply & Process Implementation. Career background includes turning around underperforming franchise locations at Midas, followed by a role as Parts Procurement Manager at RepairSmith — where he drove significant parts-cost savings, stood up a private-label parts program, and managed van build-outs. Aaron joined AFS in 2025 to launch FleetPro Parts, our in-house parts brand — a key piece of the AFS flywheel and a margin lever no other mobile competitor is meaningfully pursuing.

Michael Trudeau — Service Director. 30+ years in automotive, including direct mobile fleet experience as the former owner of a heavy-duty mobile fleet service business that operated across 48 U.S. states, which he successfully exited. At AFS, Michael owns client relationships, sales forecasting, and revenue execution.
