Austin Motor Works, Inc., a Texas based corporation, is preparing to deliver Best in Class, zero-emissions, Low-Speed Electric Vehicles (LSEVs) with unmatched capacity, quality, and power. Austin Motor Works launched its operation in February 2024 and is now ready to upset the global marketplace with the launch of its superior workhorse electric vehicle. Competitors build off golf cart and ATV designs, while Austin Motor Works’ products are an automotive grade, frame up design. Our zero-emissions LSEVs are low- maintenance, cost-saving alternatives to fossil-fuel vehicles for campus mobility and maintenance, last-mile delivery, and micro distribution. From the beginning, Austin Motor Works has been committed to commercializing energy-efficient solutions, reducing carbon footprints, and providing life cycle sustainable solutions.

Austin Motor Works introduces the ARC, a versatile Low-Speed Electric Vehicles (LSEV) designed to revolutionize campus utility and micro-distribution needs. The ARC’s modular design allows for customization through various loadout options, making it a multi-role EV suitable for a range of utility tasks. The ARC’s contained payload design offers a myriad of options for climate controlled and weather conscious payloads and delivery solutions. With fully electric operation and ability to be driven indoors, the ARC provides the capacity and durability of a truck with the sustainability of an electric vehicle, offering a unique solution for both outdoor and indoor use.

Founded by four members with over 100 years of combined experience in the automotive and electric vehicle manufacturing industry, Austin Motor Works excels in designing and manufacturing innovative electric vehicles that address logistical and cross-functional challenges. David Hollingsworth brings a wealth of experience to Austin Motor Works, with direct, hands-on startup expertise in manufacturing companies, over 17 years of corporate success building, and a decade of experience in the electric vehicle industry. His skills in manufacturing process improvement, efficient warehouse operations, and leading a dynamic sales force make him a key leader in the company's mission to revolutionize the Low-Speed Electric Vehicles (LSEV) industry.

Bill Riley brings a rich blend of 35 years of experience in private equity, M&A, accounting, and finance to his role as the CFO of Austin Motor Works. His expertise in electric vehicle production, general ledger accounting, and high-level finance, combined with direct business incubator and accelerator experience, make him a valuable asset to the company. Bill has the skill to build a successful business that is profitable and responsible. Financial reporting, budgeting, KPIs and operational analysis necessary for driving the company forward are critical functions that Bill brings to the forefront of Austin Motor Works.

3. Terry Nielsen | COO

Terry Nielsen has over 46 years of experience in implementing and leading successful engineering, manufacturing, machining, and design tooling operations essential for building Austin Motor Works products. With direct expertise in metals, plastics, and CNC construction, Terry plays a pivotal role in the development of the ARC model. A tried-and-true veteran of the auto manufacturing industry, Terry has the expertise to manage superior LSEV production operations which will be a pillar of profitability for Austin Motor Works.

4. Mark Luckevich | VP Engineering

Mark Luckevich is an accomplished engineering executive with over 40 years of experience in electric vehicle design, manufacturing, and new technology start-ups. His expertise in new product development, controls and software systems empowers him with a unique skill set that is difficult to find in the marketplace. Mark’s unparalleled ability to source and govern engineering talent in Mechanical, Electrical and Software disciplines will ensure the superior functionality of Austin Motor Works’ products.

The founders of Austin Motor Works have developed many strategic relationships over the course of manufacturing and supplying electric vehicles over the years. Past customers have been dealerships, such as a dealership located in the State of Arkansas who currently holds a major account with a large national retailer headquartered in that state. Those customers were captivated by the vehicles that we built and have remained loyal to our group. Thus, when the founders approached the Arkansas dealerships with the news that we were launching our LSEV manufacturing business, they were excited to have the opportunity to purchase our vehicles. Austin Motor Works has secured its first US based dealer agreement and has received indications to purchase from a Canadian dealership, MGM Casinos and Resorts, and the Las Vegas Raiders as well as airports, hospitality companies and municipalities among others. Even today, our team has secured new customers who have expressed strong interest in the Arc which includes Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, University of Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment and Travis County Texas municipality.
