Exerienced Investor in Multi-Family apartment buildings in both fix and flips and purchase and hold. I focus my purchases in the state of Conneticut to achieve a return of a minimum of a 8%  cap-rate and to utilize my existing building superintendant as a property manager.  As managing partner I personally handle all aspects of the investment including, day to day decisions, repairs and maintenence, cash flow, finances, accounting and reporting, and growth.
