Hi, my name is Brian McQuain, and I'm praying for Angels. I am asking for partnership and help in making an American Dream come true. I have raised 6 thousand so far from family members, those who believe in us and are able. I have worked on this project for over half a year, registered our trademark and have incorporated.

We have partnered with Chetu
providing custom software solutions to startups, SMBs, and Fortune 5000 companies. Our development conversations ensuring this project can indeed come to reality with your help!

I'm happy and open to your insights on investment, equity share and exit strategies.
Please send a message so we can open a conversation, and I can learn more about what works best for you.

While Our partner Chetu requires $32,000 to start providing 3 months of development time, I have been advised to plan for all costs including development time, marketing and user acquisition, and dedicated project management.

  • Product Development Completion: $300,000
  • Marketing and User Acquisition: $100,000
  • Operations & Management: $50,000
  • Contingency Fund: $50,000

The app
allows actors the ability to Audition and Rehearse using the power of AI as their off-screen reader and over great distances with real people, their cast members and friends or coaches giving them the flexibility to audition and rehearse without the complicated logistics and need for an expensive off-screen reader. An off-screen reader is someone that reads the parts in an audition that support the actor auditioning. Currently these tools are not available on Android, only on IOS, with 40% the US market using Android, these actors remain unserved. With multi language support and serving both IOS and Android there is a significant market share and service available world wide.

Risk Mitigation Strategies

  • Partnership with Chetu: A&Rai will be developed by Chetu, a highly experienced software development firm.
Their expertise will minimize technical risks and ensure the product is built to scale.
  • Milestone-Based Funding: Funds are released only when critical milestones are met, such as successful beta testing or achieving user acquisition targets.
This limits capital exposure and ensures efficient use of funds.
  • Transparent Reporting: Investors will receive regular reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). This transparency ensures investors are informed and confident in the company’s progress.

Exit Strategy

  • Acquisition or IPO: A&Rai has the potential to be acquired by larger tech, who are expanding their ecosystems. Alternatively, once we reach significant scale, an IPO would provide liquidity for investors.
  • Expected Returns: Investors can expect a 2x-4x return based on conservative growth estimates, with additional upside depending on market conditions and acquisition interest.
Holding

Operating with a subscription or SaaS model, holding it allows the business to generate recurring revenue streams.
Over time, this leads to consistent cash flow and profitability, which can be reinvested into growth opportunities or distributed as dividends to shareholders.
It is often preferred to hold for the owners/shareholders for long-term cash flow over a one-time payout, as it provides a stable income stream and higher cumulative returns.

By using conservative growth assumptions, we expect the app to break even by Year 2, driven by a balanced mix of ad revenue and subscriptions.
This conservative approach limits potential downside while still offering robust growth potential.

The Problem for Actors:
I’ve received calls at midnight to rush to the studio and help a friend who just got an audition from their agent. A quick, polished delivery can make all the difference. But often, actors struggle to find an off-screen reader—someone to read the supporting parts that allow them to deliver a natural, flowing performance while recording for an audition or rehearsal. For many, this lack of access can make or break an audition. Relying on a family member or friend in a pinch or trying to find the right tools to rehearse effectively, can be a difficult task. Traditional methods often require a live reader or complex setups, and current digital solutions like Slateable and Cold Read are limited for example— only available on iOS leaving 40% of the market unserved leaving many actors without the flexibility they need to fully prepare for their roles.

The Solution & Introducing Audition & Rehearse AI: A Cutting-edge, omni-platform solution that gives the actor the ability to auditing and rehearse using AI or keeping the human connection with real actors through the app to read the off screen parts. Affectionately known as Andari (AND-AR-EE) , this name also serves as the trigger word for its powerful voice commands. Allowing a hands free experience. A&R AI isn’t just another tool for actors; it’s a complete, versatile platform available on Android, iOS, and computers crafted to meet the specific needs of today’s actors.

With A&R AI, actors gain access to a broad range of features tailored to enhance their rehearsal experience, whether they’re practicing alone, collaborating with others,
or preparing for a musical scene (a feature not available on cold read or Slateable)
From script editing and AI text to speech technology to the ability to add music, set rehearsal reminders, and connect with other real actors—A&R AI empowers actors to rehearse anywhere, anytime, with more flexibility and functionality than ever before.

In researching and reverse engineering other options, 1-5% of users will leave a review, this gives us insights into how many downloads they have acquired, as cold read has 2,700 reviews and Slateable having around 600.

A&R will carry multi language support, allowing actors around the globe to experience the utility of Audition & Rehearse, opening to the global market with roughly 70% of the European market using Android as well as the global average around 70% Android. We see great potential.

Slateable and Cold Read's downloads separately estimated at around 100,000-200,000 if just 1-10% of those users convert to a $6.99 subscription the estimated return as a low is $500,00-1,000,000 annual revenue not including our ad support. With A&R including a more attractive free user entry level with that additional ad support the future is looking bright for A&R and the global acting community.

I have over the past 3 months fleshed out the user interface and user experience, the UI/UX the required core features, taking into account users that have requested in the reviews of other options for a calendar and rehearsal reminders, music, a slate and the ability to customize the interface, adding more options for AI readers and adding and enhancing the experience through my own personal experience auditioning and rehearsing, such as the ability to turn off the camera and focus on just the script during a rehearsal, customizable teleprompters on screen so that the actor can audition in a way that is natural with an easy to read
