Raising 300k to buy units, furniture, and insurance to put on my farm close to downtown Nashville and Nashville airport

I’m seeking 300k to be able to buy 10 portable units to place on my farm, that I will manage on my own, so no expenses for any employees. The units will be 3 minutes from the Nashville airport and 10 minutes from downtown. A new exit from the highway is also being built very close that will help drive business up more than it already is in Nashville. I’ve lived in Nashville my whole life, the growth here isn’t slowing down anytime soon and now is the best time to take advantage of it.

I’m looking at $125 a night (not priced too high so that the units are constantly occupied but also possibly raising the price for holidays and events) and a $25 cleaning fee.
Averaging 5 nights a week for all units would bring in a revenue of 312k a year not counting the cleaning fees.
As I stated earlier, I would be the single employee and grounds keeper and my pay would come from my %. Im seeking 35%-65%. You would receive the 65% which would roughly bring your yearly revenue to 205k a year. That’s doubling your invest in 3 years….
I will pay land taxes on my own but want to split all license and insurance fees 50/50.

So to sum up expenses for the 300k
240k for units and transporting the units to my farm
15k furniture
10k licensing/insurance
15-20k construction for driveway and to clear out the land some more. (My uncle is a contractor and is willing to give me a deal so that price will most likely drop a lot)

That roughly leaves around 20k for any other miscellaneous things. Any money left over that isn’t spent will be reimbursed once the units and everything is up and running from the original 300k.

I played college football and all my coaches would agree that you can’t out work me (even have YouTube videos of them speaking about my work ethic), I graduated hell week in navy seal training where I put as the LPO (leading petty officer of the class) when the officer in my boat crew went down I stepped up,  and I promise anyone willing to take a chance on this I will not fail you. I will work tirelessly morning and night to make this successful and this will be the best decision you could ever make.
