Asuuta, (hereinafter “Business”) is intended to be formed as a limited business located along the shores of lake Victoria, in Mpigi district, Uganda; and is poised for rapid growth in the hospitality industry. The Business seeks funding to take advantage of a window of opportunity for introducing a mix of modern and traditional, high quality guest residences, wedding venues, conference center, water sports and bird viewing in close by natural bird breeding sites.

The business is to be organized as a limited formed and authorized under the laws of Uganda, and will be led by professional business personnel. 
 

New Product/Service
 
The business has designed a resort at the shores of lake Victoria which has the following attributes: a mix of modern and traditional, high quality hotel, hospitality, tourism services—an opportunity to escape the busy life of cities, forget deadlines and enjoy spa appointments, water activities, local and international cuisines—for the international and local communities, water sports facilities, tennis facility, basket ball facility, a golf course, and a volley ball court. Furthermore native trees/plants going into extinction will be planted throughout the property. The Business has a window of opportunity to introduce its services and gain significant piece of the market share.

 
Funding Request
 
The total funding is a request of a $1,000,000 USD. Investors will get paid under the following arrangements: the $2,000,000 paid back as loan plus interest in a 6 year window upon opening the business, and thereafter. The funding proceeds will be used as follows: This sum is earmarked for the construction of the residence building structure, conference hall, and landscaping. The Business is looking for long-term investment funding. Financial projections forecast a break-even point in less than two years after service introduction. Conservative estimates show at least 50% of investment by end of first year of operation.
