As We Grow Forward

As We Grow Forward, LLC (also known as “As We Grow”) is a start-up, minority-owned contactless
cannabis retail distributor operating in  New York and New Jersey. As We Grow will use an online
site and a locker system to provide 24-hour contactless recreational cannabis sales. Initially, As We
Grow will focus mainly on pre-rolled cigarettes, edibles, and flowers. The next stage of the plan is to
create organically grown paper to be used with all pre-rolled cigarettes additionally, through the
creation and making of our own pre-rolled papers we also plan to expand to a community
horticulture program. The third phase of the program is to unite all aspects online so that the
consumers will be able to obtain education about our process and use a face recognition program,
thus, decreasing any pathogen exposure to the clients. As We Grow Forward will obtain one
recreation cannabis distribution license through the state of New York allowing As We Grow to
supply contactless recreational cannabis. Currently, there are no state approved retail recreation
cannabis dispensaries.
There has been an increase in cannabis use throughout New York. In total, there are approximately
64% of adults from the ages of 18 – 34 that participate in cannabis consumption; there has been a
steady increase in young adult cannabis use. As of March 31, 2021, New York state legalized
recreational cannabis use.

In the emerging medical and recreational cannabis industry, consumers have limited ways of
sourcing legal cannabis to partake in recreationally.
 As New York has recently made recreational cannabis legal, there are not enough dispensaries
to meet the growing demand.
 There are no state approved retail recreation cannabis dispensaries.
 As the end of the pandemic approaches, consumers are still wary to shop in person and have
become accustomed to contactless food and grocery delivery.
SOLUTION
 As We Grow will become a pioneer for legal cannabis distribution.
 The company will offer a safe and contactless way of ordering and picking up their cannabis.

PRODUCTS
The Company will display medical and recreational cannabis products for distribution in its retail
location. All medical and recreational marijuana products can be purchased directly from the
dispensary, and online. The product lines will expand keeping in view, the growing demand amongst
the consumers.
Currently, Marijuana industry products and services are segmented by smokable marijuana
products, and edibles and extracts. Smokable marijuana products are segmented by indica and
sativa cannabis strains, the two primary types of cannabis plants used in the United States.
Edible cannabis products
Edible marijuana products (edibles), or marijuana-infused products, are goods that contain cannabis
that can be consumed orally. Edibles can take the form of food, extracts and oils, and range from
marijuana-infused mints and candies to baked goods and beverages, along with many other
products. Over the past five years, edible marijuana products have grown rapidly as a share of
industry revenue. Edibles account for 13.0% of total retail sales but are expected to consume a
larger share of total retail sales over the next five years.
