The company will be owned and operated by Sara Pena and Arturo Garcia.
The Management
Sara Pena will be the manager and main partner; Arturo Garcia will be the designer of all the custom designs. Decisions will be made together, but Arturo Garcia will make all artistic decisions.
The Goals and Objectives
Arthur's Custom Design can accomplish our customers' need for originally designed gifts and accessories for any occasion.
As an Amazon seller we believe we can achieve what 39% of other retailers have achieved, $10k/month in Sales. More than half of sellers to date have reached lifetime sales of more than $100k and 22% have exceeded $1 million in lifetime sales.
In providing a unique custom design for any occasion our market share will increase by providing strong customer relations and by maintaining that edge of personal experience.
Arthur's Custom Designs wishes to accomplish in the first year a profit margin of 10%. For 67% of Amazon sellers see profits higher than 10% and 36% see profit margins above 20%.
Within the next five years we want to accomplish a profit margin of more than 50%.
The Product
Arthur's Custom Designs has a large variety of products to offer from Clothing to simple coffee mugs. From Wall hangings to key chains. The main service will be designing items that are one of a kind.
The Target Market
Amazon has 14 market places, the majority in the US, we aim to provide our products and service to the general public in each market place.
Pricing Strategy
Arthur's Custom Design will be using the Fulfillment by Amazon method in which a seller sends their product directly to Amazon who then stores the inventory and ships directly to the seller.
For our personally created designs we will be utilizing
printproductsfast.com to print the designs and then ship directly to the seller.
These methods will be the most cost effective to produce profits.

Ownership Background
Sara L Pena (partner):
Sara has worked with customers in the sales aspect for 10 years. Sara has excellent customer service skills and believes she can establish long term relationships with each and every customer. Sara, although just two credits shy, has studied Business Management and established The Pena Painting Corporation in 2004, with her Father, who is now retired.
Arturo G Garcia (partner):
Arturo is a young autistic man who has an amazing artistic ability. Arturo has created many designs and won 14th place in a design contest for the My Little Pony franchise. Arturo has created, designed and printed several board games. Arturo started and ran several different family gaming clubs’ in the town of Morenci, Az. The Morenci Gaming Club, The Artemis Bridge Sim club, The NES Maker Class, and The Morenci RPG club. The main feature, families, having all kinds of available games for the public to enjoy as a family. Arturo had a radio interview with David Bell from the Eastern Arizona Courier Podcast for hosting gaming tables at the Safford Comic Con. Arturo was also featured in a newspaper article written by Ken Showers for the Eastern Arizona Courier and the Copper Era discussing the programs and activities he made available to the community.
