We are building Modern, prefab, small homes that can be shipped anywhere in the world. Our vision is to address the housing shortage with a more affordable home thats easy to build. Our goal is to address 1% of the U.S. need for housing, 38,000 homes in the next 5 years. We are a small business team located in the Portland, Oregon Metro with private/public experience, focused on environmental stewardship, quality of life and wellness, and touching the humans spirit. We are currently building several cottage home developments with over 1200 homes. Our home design is patent pending with the U.S. Patent Office. Our vision is to expand to national and international home delivery with home kits that are easy and quick to build.
