Our Technology:
We have created and obtained six Patents for the most powerful, GREEN, fuel-agnostic (can operate on gaseous or liquid fuels), low-carbon, mobile 1.5MW power generation system. (The FireFly power generation system).  Because of its size and weight (6,000 lbs. vs. 80,000 lbs. for comparable legacy generators), we can be transported via pickup truck or a mid-sized helicopter.  Also, because we are lube-less, there is no hazardous waste to dispose of and there is minimal downtime for maintenance.  Target market opportunities are enormous:  remote mines, on and offshore drilling rigs, desalinization plants, disaster recovery, war-torn areas, military forward operating bases, navy, cruise, and cargo ships, microgrids, pushing Vars, and mobile or fixed base charging stations.  There are also industrial applications.  For example, when producing biofuel, the production waste product is glycerin.  The manufacturer either pays to have it disposed of or processes it to sell to cosmetic companies.  Our generator can operate using glycerin, so processors can operate their plants utilizing their waste!  Significant savings.  We are 30% less costly to buy and operate over its' useful life vs. traditional generators.
Status:
  1. We have built and tested a prototype and confirmed the concept.
  2. We have vetted and selected component vendors.
  3. We have finalized specifications and engineering designs.
  4.  We have allocated space for assembly.

Next Steps:
Although we have internally funded nearly $15 million to get us where we are today, we need external operating funds to:
  1.  Place component orders and long lead-time materials.
  2.  Purchase equipment and machinery for the assembly facility.
  3.  Build three, commercially ready sales demonstration units (we have several potential customers and potential investors who have indicated a willingness to invest or purchase units once they have a unit to field test)
  4.  Contract with third-party distributor(s) to provide marketing, sales, field technical support, etc.  This would accelerate the “go-to-market” strategy, leverage the distributors' customer base and industry knowledge, and eliminate the need for Antheon to add staff thereby minimizing operating costs.
  5. Continue Agilis engineering design initiatives to reduce risk and long-term costs.  Additionally, engineering will continue development to modify Firefly technology to be incorporated into electric trains, buses, planes, heavy equipment, construction equipment, and farm equipment.
  6.   The company has self-funded $15,000,000 seed capital but requires a financial/strategic partner to begin production of commercial units.

Who we are:
Antheon Research is a subsidiary of Agilis Group, Inc.  Agilis Engineering, another subsidiary, has a 31-year history of designing and prototyping jet propulsion and power generation systems for large, worldwide engine companies and many Fortune 100 aeronautics companies.  With 285+ design engineers, spread out around the country, we are viewed as one of the global leaders in designing turbo propulsion systems.  Lastly, we have only two shareholders, no debt, and none of the investment proceeds will go to the shareholders for their equity.
