Business Model
AMS Entertainment operates on a diversified revenue model, leveraging multiple streams to ensure financial stability and growth. Our primary revenue sources include VR experience ticket sales, golf simulator rentals, axe throwing fees, arcade game revenue, bar and restaurant sales, corporate and private events. Products and Services
AMS Entertainment offers a wide range of products and services designed to provide a unique and engaging experience for all visitors. Our Zero Latency VR arenas feature two 2,000sqft free-roam spaces, allowing up to six players per arena to immerse themselves in virtual worlds. We have secured the license and territory from Zero Latency, ensuring exclusive access to the latest VR content. Additionally, our facility includes six state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators that provide realistic course experiences and advanced swing analysis, making them suitable for all skill levels. Being on a golf course, we have access to golf professionals to utilize the space for instruction and leagues in the courses off-season. Our eight indoor projection axe throwing lanes offer both recreational and competitive play, enhanced with interactive projection technology that are able to be converted in minutes to child-friendly throwing games.

The 4,000sqft arcade features a mix of classic and modern games, accompanied by a kid’s soda and ice cream bar, creating a fun atmosphere for younger visitors. Our full-service bar and restaurant provide a diverse menu catering to all tastes, offering a relaxing environment for guests to unwind and socialize.

Team
AMS Entertainment is led by a seasoned team of professionals with a proven track record in the business sector. 

Our Founder Robert DeCesare, brings extensive entrepreneurial experience and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company. 

Robert DeCesare, Jr. has a lifetime of experience in restaurants, commercial property management, and successful business growth. Rob grew up immersed in the restaurant business, learning every aspect from washing dishes and prep cooking to overall management. He honed his skills by owning a profitable beach bar and restaurant in St. Croix from 2005-2008.

Over the past 25 years, Rob has successfully bought and managed multiple commercial properties, and also managed a multi-million dollar HVAC business, overseeing operations and ensuring steady growth. In 2020, Rob founded ProTrade Staffing, LLC, a staffing agency for the mechanical trades, which has grown from $0 to over $1 million in annual revenue within just four years. Additionally, he started a commercial estimating department for the premier distributor of HVAC equipment, supplies, and mechanical insulation products in the Northeast.

Driven by his passion for creating vibrant community spaces and his experience in both the hospitality and commercial sectors, Rob aims to fill a significant gap in the market by providing a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment. With a strategic marketing plan, strong financial projections, and a dedicated management team, Rob and his qualified team are poised for success.

As Co-Founder and wife, Charlene DeCesare brings extensive sales, marketing and business expertise to the team.  Charlene is a sales advisor with 30+ years of building successful sales organizations around the world. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant and Lead Facilitator for the research-based sales training company, The RAIN Group.
 
For the past nine years, she has been CEO of Charlene Ignites, LLC and had also founded Firewalk Sales. Charlene specializes in helping sales reps, account managers, and business owners gain sales confidence and competence on a global scale.

Before developing her personal brand into a full-time business venture, Charlene co-founded the multi-million-dollar company, EdAssist, now owned by Bright Horizons. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Gartner, Inc. leading an international sales team, and helping the most respected technology companies in the world extend their brand message. Charlene was also a membership growth leader at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Boardroom Events.

Charlene has a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College and an M.B.A. in Sales & Marketing from Rivier University and is currently working on her Doctorate in business. She is a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and a Nationally Certified Brain-Based Success Coach. 

In addition to being featured in dozens of national articles and blogs, Charlene was recently peer-reviewed and published in the Professional Journal of Brand Strategy. She is also the author of The Email Cemetery: Where Bad Sales Emails Go to Die & How to Resuscitate Yours which launched as a #1 Best Seller in eight categories, including “Sales & Selling.”


Son, Steven DeCesare is a seasoned marketing and branding professional with extensive experience in advertising, retail ownership, business building, staffing, social media, and real estate. Nationally award-winning graphic designer who specializes in designing logos, websites, advertisements, and brand assets. Background in managing retail operations has allowed the development of strong team leadership and business development skills. Successfully leading numerous strategic marketing initiatives and branding efforts, driving customer engagement and enhancing brand visibility. Additionally, experience in real estate has provided valuable insights into optimal site selection and facility management. A seasoned marketing and branding professional with extensive experience in advertising, retail ownership, business building, staffing, social media, and real estate.
