The property also benefits from a significant rooftop solar investment that normally produces more power than the property consumes, supporting a more efficient and sustainable operating platform. These agricultural and energy components strengthen the project beyond a traditional hospitality or event venue by tying the destination to local production, land use, sustainability, and long-term asset value.

A major part of the updated development plan includes adding five premium private suites directly on the winery property overlooking Amos Lake. Each suite is planned as a private guest accommodation with its own ensuite bath and outdoor terrace or sitting area. These suites are intended to serve both premium leisure guests and higher-value event and wedding clients seeking overnight accommodations directly connected to the winery and event experience.

The main winery and brewery property includes a large existing building planned for tasting, dining, production, lodging, and guest experiences. The concept includes a main tasting and dining room with panoramic lake views, an expansive exterior deck, stone patios, fire pits, a pondside tasting room with fireplace, waterside patios, premium guest suites, and accessible guest areas designed to welcome a broad range of visitors.
