Lake Front Farm Winery in the Southeastern CT Corner along RI border.  We are in the process of restoring this Lakeside location to a premier farm winery destination here in CT right between 2 World Class Casinos less than 5 minutes from our front entrance.  The main house on site was built in 2006 and we have redesigned the space to take advantage of Our Lake Views.  This will be a location unlike any other in Connecticut. 

 

We purchased an antique home circa 1803 adjoining the property overlooking the vineyard, lake, and pond.  We completed our renovations to the home and have received our permits to operate the Airbnb on the property.  This home is a 5-bedroom Airbnb with each suite its own private haven w /spa bath.  The Airbnb will be opened Spring 2024.  When designing we strived to ensure it would retain its historic qualities and be ADA compliant, there are 2 ground floor accessible suites.  The area is a popular destination for Professionals from New York, Boston, Providence and throughout New England as a get away from their busy daily routines.  The location is unmatched - just minutes from Connecticut's 2 world class casinos and positioned between 2 Champion Golf Courses with convenient proximity to Historic Mystic CT, Stonington CT, New London CT, The Groton Submarine Base, The U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the multiple surrounding attractions.    Its central position in the heart of the Shoreline Wine Trail covering Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts is optimal.   This will be a unique destination unlike any other farm winery in Connecticut and the only one with its own B&B in the marketplace and ADA compliant with accessible suites so anyone who chooses can experience a true antique B&B stay.   

The Farm Winery itself will have a 3400 Sq. Ft Main Tasting room overlooking the picturesque Amos Lake.  We have a 2400 sq. ft. exterior deck and an additional large stone patio with firepits overlooking the Lake.  Across the property is a water side tasting room with patios and outside event space overlooking the winery pond.  The Main Tasting Room with Deck and Patios will be fully ADA accessible as well as our Pond side Tasting room and Patios.  Guests will be able to stroll the landscaped grounds – enjoy the venue - kayak or paddleboard and enjoy our sunset pontoon boat cruises on the lake.  In addition, we will be constructing a Post and Beam Brewing Barn for our new Micro Brewery to ensure there is something for everyone - wine and beer drinkers alike.

Our location gives guests of the B&B the added options to visit the casinos and nightlife just minutes away and be able to access the shoreline attractions of Connecticut and Rhode Island quite easily.  Weddings, Corporate Events, Anniversaries, Birthdays, - This will be a destination unlike any other in Connecticut or New England.   We are building A Brand - A Label for our wines and Beers that will grow and grow. . .
