We are looking to revive America's Best Flowers Garden Center and Farm near Madison Wisconsin which shut down in 2019 due to the passing of the owner. This forty-year business had annual sales of 1.9 Million dollars. We intend to bring this business with a vision to return the site to its former glory of the past! With help from an honorable partner and or partners, it will be just what the founder left it as. The business and farm have 35 acres of land 2 acres under glass and fiber. Approximately 1 million dollars of equipment and inventory 2 offices one house and outlining buildings. Several turnkey components with a business plan in place ready to implement. The plan was prepared by a 3rd party group for the Bank which holds ownership. We would have the naming rites to America's Best Flowers. To re-establish this facility and site a combination of events and leadership must take place. Implementation of the plan requires an upgrade to the physical plant and equipment. Purchases of equipment to transport products and services complete the system. We will be utilizing long-term leases to Researchers for the development of new technologies. The incorporation of direct lawn and landscape services will be an additional revenue source. We will partner with Web and social media companies for direct sales such as Flowers.com and Bloomnation.com to mention a few. We also will sell our own Organics fertilizers and pesticides. Patio furniture, and lawn care equipment for the do-it-yourself consumers. Our 60 years of combined operation skills and experience in the industry and using the established brand name will be the road map that profits for years to come.
