Help Recover a Corporate Short Term Rental Property for Healthcare workers in  Los Angeles.

This Property is under construction but the initial Contractor and fund control misappropriated funds and broke the law.  
Original bad actors are under litigation for there damages and misappropriation of funds and have stalled and drained the funds of the Build.  
This Property should result in $2,300,000 return if sold  and the recovery of damages should be near $2,100,000 for the damages.

However, to reach this potential profit the property needs to be built before court which is not till 2024. (so all damages and costs can be included)

I am looking for a investor to finance and help build the property with a proper company building and handling funds under the strict eye of the City and courts.  

The new contractor on site has 25 yrs of extensive experience repairing bad acting contractors and poor business practices like this.

What I'm offering In exchange for funding the Build:
 First  the Investor will receive and hold rights to Title of the property and rights to a portion of court winnings while the property is built.
The profits will be immediate  on refinancing or sale. In addition, payout of court winnings will result in  further profits which can be negotiated for this financing service. 
 If the best choices results in sale, future valued of the completed property will refund the investor at about 100,000 for 4 to 6 months time.  
If held to sale profits will be further backed with a agreed amount of proceeds of the lawsuit expected in 2024. 
The sooner the property is built and recovered the more information that supports the court case that may result in sooner settlement.

The property is roughly 15,500 sq foot lot and a luxury 5,517 sq foot dwelling. the property has 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms. Each room can rent independently (co-op living) or the property as a whole may be rented or lived in its original design. 
Permits are active and the property Plan has several unique features including separate living spaces and smart entry systems within the home as well as glass wall system, roof top Deck, balcony's with City views as well as pool etc.
