Community Table is a cozy neighborhood spot that offers modern comfort food that opened just before covid and successfully survived by offering family take out meals. Allora, Free Reign's next concept will offer coastal Italian cuisine and has been named as one of Charleston's Most Anticipated Restaurants by Post and Courier and Eater. Allora is approximately 2500 sq ft and will have a main dining room that can view the open kitchen, a separate room for a long beautiful bar and hi top seating, a small lounge area, a roof top bar with dining and a walk up window that offers homemade gelato, espresso and delectable treats like cannolis. Our target audience will be 25-55 years old and have proven this with Honeysuckle Rose and Southbound which are both only a few blocks away. Allora will be open 7 days a week from 11:00am - 10:00pm. The average price per person is projected at $65.00++. Our conservitive pro forma estimates annual sales to be $4.3 million. To date we have raised $625,000 and are seeking $500,000 to finish the project. (in equity or loan/interest or a combination) Our operating agreement states that in return we will offer 5% equity for every $100,000 invested. (of any invested increment) Once we raise the remainder of the money, the contractor can have it ready in just a few short months.
