Our company mainly develops, manufactures, and sells industrial drones. Our first type of product will be drones for law enforcement. Our company's products will combine advanced AI, specifically computer vision, and drone technologies to make people's jobs become safer and more efficient to complete. Meanwhile, the products will be modular in design to do different tasks. Our goals are "Safety" and "Efficiency".
Currently, the company has two official members. The CEO is responsible for team operation and technology development. He interned at KALO and Google as a software engineer intern, and published three papers researching computer vision. Another member is the CFO, and he is responsible for business operations and finance. He was a data scientist for two professors at Brandeis University focusing on trade economics and business analysis, and he interned at Triangle Corporation in Virginia as a business analyst. In addition, Professor Jean-Claude Franchitti, from NYU Courant, is our advisor.
Our potential target customers are including but not limited to law enforcement agents, government agents, first responders, energy companies, agriculture companies, farmers, and transportation companies. Our potential revenue will mainly rely on production sales and software service. The company will have three phases. In phase 1, the company will finish the development of drones for public safety. At this stage, the company's target customers are law enforcement agents and any companies that have security demands. The company will rely on the sales team. During the phase 2, the company will work on the development of other types of drones. The company will expand its market in North America and expand its target customer base. The company will rely on the sales team and marketing. In phase 3, the company will strive to expand the market to a global scale and continue to develop new types of drones according to market demand. At the same time, the company will use a marketing model to expand its popularity and customer base.
