ACS, Inc. has established a strategic alliance with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Precision Engineering Research Group. Together, we are scaling up an advanced high-efciency alkaline electrolyzer device named "Pulse Wise" using a pulse DC system derived from our original electrolyzer design. This DC pulse based technology can be integrated into existing commercial alkaline electrolyzers, leading to appreciable cost savings and enhanced energy effciency.

Our lineup consists of hydrogen production, green energy solutions, and the expansion of the hydrogen refueling infrastructure. We also intend to provide Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS) to ensure a supply of hydrogen fuel and encourage the use of hydrogen-powered vehicles as an eco-friendly option.
At present, we are looking for an investment of $300,000. This financial support will greatly accelerate our efforts with MIT, not only in advancing our alkaline electrolyzer but also in exploring opportunities beyond existing market offerings, such as utilizing oxyhydrogen gas for cooking fuels in areas with limited resources, particularly in developing markets.

For clarity, the initial pitch of $300,000 encompasses our full commitment to the MIT collaboration. However, at present, only $87,000 is urgently required. This amount can be directly remitted to MIT by any interested Angel investor.
Our team is confident in securing the NSF grant, which will ensure all subsequent payments. Additionally, we've discussed with a private equity group poised to invest once we meet the MIT partnership commitment. Furthermore, our initial stakeholder is nearing a point where they can resume their involvement, having restructured their debt.
