After 4 years of going through the licensing approval process, we finally received both licenses. 2021 was our first year of operating under the approved licenses. The farm is 4.3 acres. The indoor license has 4 state-of-the-art fully automated Light Deprivation greenhouse structures for a total of 10K sq ft canopy size, 2 drying/curing/storage containers, and a security room. The outdoor license has 40K sq ft of canopy size with 2 drying/curing/storage containers, and a security room. The property has been upgraded to 3-phase power and has gas lines to each greenhouse. Water rights are secured.
Our background includes 6 years in the prohibition era cannabis industry. This includes off-grid grow sites as well as retails shops in California. We enter the Oregon market with cultivation and retail experience.
