Tutàn Rural Services is a Native-led infrastructure and logistics company that connects Washington to rural Alaska. With 20+ years in barge logistics and deep tribal partnerships, we move modular housing, clean-water systems, equipment, and project freight directly to villages most carriers can’t reach. Our operations integrate Tacoma (secured and operational) with Alaska lanes, leveraging first-mile consolidation, barge transport, and last-mile delivery to shorten timelines and reduce costs. We’re active across Western Alaska (current footprint touches 43% of villages), face minimal competition, and see significant upside in Southeast Alaska—estimated at ~10x the size of our current market.
