Custom Print Design and Printing

Good day, 

I hope this finds you well. My name is Dustin Cabe, a US Army Veteran, partnered with Michael Aviles a US Marine Veteran and we are  seeking investors to assist us in acquiring a printing business in Devil Kill Hill, NC. 

The target business has been in operation since 1994 in which the seller started with a single printer and minimal equipment and has since grown it boasting 200+ contracted accounts, and a whopping near $2 million dollars a year in revenue. All this without using marketing, or a heavy social media presence. The seller has established himself as the go to print shop in this region where the competition  is  in Nags Head and in Hampton, VA. Both are focused on large bulk orders while this business differentiates itself with creative graphics design, higher quality production, and superior customer relationships.

The future prospects for the custom t-shirt printing business are promising, with the global market expected to grow at a CAGR of 11.1% from 2023 to 2030. This growth is driven by the increasing use of custom t-shirts as a branding tool by various industries. The screen-printing segment dominated the market in 2022, due to its high-quality prints and color vibrancy. The artwork segment is anticipated to be the fastest-growing, fueled by consumers' desire to use t-shirts to support causes or convey messages. This growth indicates significant potential for revenue in the garment customization industry.

Mike and I are capable of enhancing social media marketing, particularly by showcasing completed products on Instagram, and hiring 1-2 salespeople can further drive growth. We can also leverage ad campaigns to reach a broader customer base. Currently, the company relies solely on word-of-mouth referrals for new business. Introducing branded promotional products could also serve as an additional revenue stream.

We have been in contact with the broker and are discussing possibilities of ways we can  structure  creative financing. At this time the seller is looking for a straight forward sell, so to facilitate that my partner and I are seeking the assistance of investors so that we can make the process simple. 

Mike and I are very familiar with the industry. I started my own clothing line venture in 2019 and have learned the various techniques to be successful online whether it be leveraging Social media ad campaigns, to understanding SEO etc. We recently started a new athletic wear brand and plan to scale it synergistically with the print shop in sight. Coming from a military background, we both have held management roles and understand that failure is not an option, and we have competent decision making and understand leveraging talent in their respective areas. 

We will disclose all information about the target business to our future investors.
