The NWEG stores provide a modern shopping experience to customers. In contrast to the problems that users have come to expect when getting auto parts (namely counterfeit and low-quality products), we offer high quality products, transparency, and top-notch customer service. To illustrate, when a customer walks into our NWEG stores, she need only provide the year, make, and model of her car or the part number of the auto parts she needs. We will check our cloud-based inventory system for it. if it is in stock, we will go directly to where it is located on the shelves and provide it to the customer. If it is not available, we will provide the customer the option to have it mailed to our store for pick up or have it mailed directly to them from our U.S. location.
