I have started a campaign.Im looking for investors and funding to buy vacant and distressed properties and rehab them throughout the city to create more affordable housing. (Multi families and single families homes). Detroit is among the most affordable cities in the country, and its real estate market is one of the strongest. (There is just a lack of available housing.)This combination makes Detroit an attractive option to homebuyers and renters.The rentals can generate extremely high returns on investment.Since the purchase price of a Detroit single-family home is significantly less, it presents a fantastic opportunity with significant returns and cash flow. It is also the fastest-growing city.  My goal is to be apart of helping bring our city back along with other developers. I have the vision just need the resources. If one decides to invest you will see a return in revenue sooner than 5 years. Funds will be used for purchasing property, rehab, marketing.  


Im also looking to open a community project and have luxury suites profiting $1500-$2100 monthly. These suites will be exclusively leased my different professional such as Doctors office, lawyers, Realtors, accountants etc. With a great location, perks, and aesthetics clients will not pass up on these suites.
One of the main reasons is commercial real estate's income potential. The range is typically higher than the rate of return for residential properties, depending on market conditions and the current economy. Leases also bring in passive income without too much involvement from the investor. I hope to work with you on future ventures.
