I would like to purchase an existing auto repair shop so I can provide affordable quality services to those who can't afford the costs at a corporate facility! I currently run a corporate owned auto repair facility and there are too many people in my area who can't afford the prices. I have an opportunity to purchase a functioning facility and the llc. The current owner has cancer and needs someone willing to act fast to purchase the shop so he can make sure all loose ends are tied up for his family before anything happens to him. He currently has no employees working for him and he does 220k per year roughly. I have 2 people willing to come work for me on day one plus myself. I went into the shop I'm running now with myself and 2 others and immediately turned it around. The shop went from doing $340k per year to having the last 2 years see over $700k! I know how to run a shop I know how to treat the public I'm a firm believer in showing people what I see. Myself and the two who are coming with me also have our own customer bases to add to the customers that already use the shop Im looking to buy. This shop only has one other shop in the area that is currently doing business and their reputation is poor so its a good market with a lot of potential. The shop is on the main road in town as well. The history for the shop is there the current owner has been open since 2016/17 prior to him it was owned and operated as a repair shop by an individual for 25 plus years.
