1. Advanced Filtration Technologies, Inc. (“AFT") has developed a Groundbreaking Next Generation oil filter Technology by combining “Clean Technology” with its patented “System and Method for Fluid Filtration that significantly improves the lubrication function of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) while extending the period between oil changes by as much as six fold for both gas and diesel significantly reducing engine operating expenses.
2. The ANNUAL MARKET for the ICE diesel or gas product group is estimated to be not less than $12-$15 billion in North America and not less than $20-$25 billion globally in 2020.
3. AFT Oil Filter ™ Technology will have a price premium because of the significant savings in engine overhead and negative environmental impact that will have a disruptive effect on the market.
4. AFT is primarily a Technology Licensing Company that derives it revenues from licensing and filtration materials. AFT may also enter into joint ventures with Filter Manufacturers that will generate additional significant revenue streams. The following illustrates the potential License revenues to AFT from Navistar alone:
ATF Revenues on the Commercial Systems specified by Navistar (which commercial units are currently estimated to be priced @ $160/Unit) and are estimated to generate $20/unit for royalties; including AFT’s mark-up on Bekaert’s Bekipor® ST, the most reliable stainless-steel-sintered fiber filtration media available; plus AFT’s “NO-H2O”™ proprietary superior grade long fiber filtration media that has maximum “permeability and fluid-retention” properties.
($20) X 800,000 AFT Commercial Grade Oil Filters = $16,000,000 annually. (Please note that this amount is after manufacturing expenses)
5. AFT has already completed the development stage and start-up stage of its business lifecycle. The filtration technologies have been developed and the patent has been secured. The Manufacturing Process has been determined and units are currently being manufactured for delivery to interested companies for testing such as Navistar in April. With the delivery of the test units, AFT will enter the growth and establishment stage of its business lifecycle.
