Raising $75K for entity legality fees, expanding IP, proof of concept prototypes, especially help dexterity impaired folks

Hi there.. my name is Armond Floyd who is an inventor from NJ. We're looking for an investor with aligned goals for decent equity to initially raise $75K to lift my ergonomic product idea/line off the ground. We want them to be invested in us and believe in what we're doing.. Their $75K will take care of all legality fees, mini proof of concept production run-prototypes, and all expanding IP/patents. Our first product will be called Light Wave Key Grip.. an ergonomic and stylish device conforming fully to a users hand/thumb allowing instant leverage & dexterity to a specific house key opening locked door knobs/lock sets at night. This will be offered in a right and left handed grip. Since we're pre seed/seed stage and pre revenue steps/info will be listed below to envision this succeeding..
1. Our soon to be Bright Wave Ergonomics line will have stylish merit and offer users a complete ergonomic feel adding leverage to their keys especially at night

2. After taking NJSBDC or New Jersey Small Business Development Center counseling sessions it was determined to craft in our business plan that
approx. 50 million Americans suffer from some type of arthritis. Arthritis Foundation: (Hootman 2016 Article) Dexterity impaired/AARP communities will be
the bulk of consumers followed by people who are into surfing for the look of the product, night shift workers would be a target market too.

3. It is estimated that by 2025 this product line will be licensed to an actual manufacturing company with good distribution, have the ability to produce in bulk
yielding a product line upwards of a $100 million Industry

4.  Attending NJSBDC counseling sessions was a phenomenal tool to gain skills and experience to put my best foot forward to find funding avenues. I learned it's not necessarily
what you know but "who you know" I decided to contact one of my best friends in the army reserve currently residing in Florida. Low and behold he appointed me to a contact a
guy named Tom La Vecchia.  Tom is a member with Forbes Agency Council & X Factor Media with expanding your brand. Approx. 1 year ago he showed my product idea to his SmartChair contact. SmartChair is an online catalog where consumers can purchase electric ergonomic wheelchairs accordingly. This contact of Tom said I really like the product idea and said
"how about you guys come back to me when a few working prototype/samples are available and maybe we can work out a royalty agreement"

5. Currently along with Tom I have another key contact/teammate in my corner named Darrell Fertakos. Darrell is a prolific award winning inventor in over 35 industries,
the owner and CEO of Boundless Innovations & Award Winning Ideas.  He will also help bring innovation to it with premium innovative versions. 

6. With these 2 contacts/teammates in my corner this product line idea will have the best chance at success because we already have 1 option on the table for licensing. This would be a
great opportunity for a potential investor that will help get us there. To mention we have a couple of product design firms of choice chomping at the bit to start 3D renderings, make prototypes and ultimately lift this off the ground with proof of concept.
