Custom home builder looking to develop subdivisions. The local market is depleted and there is a need for housing in the area. I am in contract to purchase land after wetland delineation.

I am planning on a 50‑60 lot subdivision targeted towards middle‑income families. Water, power, sewer, and gas are utilities at the road. I am a home builder and can self‑perform the home builds.

I have been in the single‑family residential construction business for over 20 years. With more economic growth happening locally, there is a large need for more single‑family homes.
