ADIRA Health is a management company that operates wellness centers focused around preventive medicine and primary care geared towards the adult population and seniors. Our target markets include those that have a large MA attribution potential and that are underserved in primary care. Unlike most primary care centers, we offer a one stop shop approach to all of our patients. Our services include telemedicine services, house calls, fitness coaching, nutritional therapy, transportation, preferred provider network of specialists and chronic care management. We anticipate to launch 2-3 centers per year, starting in Laredo Texas and expanding into other South and Central Texas markets.
Our operating model is a dyad model where we have a strong operating running the centers and the providers will focus on patient care.
