ADAMS Place is a boutique Victorian Residential Assisted Living home dedicated to providing dignified, compassionate care for seniors in the Black Hills community. Our mission is to create a warm, elegant, and nurturing environment inspired by Victorian and Chabby Chic aesthetics, blending historic authenticity with modern safety systems. We plan to develop a network of three homes within a 25-mile radius, each designed to offer personalized care for 6 to 8 residents, ensuring a boutique, family-like atmosphere.

Our business model focuses on small-scale, high-quality assisted living that prioritizes resident dignity, comfort, and community connection. Our customers are seniors and their families seeking a trusted, home-like setting with attentive, experienced nursing care.

The team is led by Victoria, a nurse with 37 years of experience and a Master’s in Health Administration, with deep roots in senior care facilities and a passion for historic restoration and boutique design. The project is inspired by the legacy of her son, Adam, and aims to honor his memory by creating a loving, supportive home for elders.

We combine expertise in healthcare, historic architecture, and community engagement to deliver a unique assisted living experience that stands apart from large institutional facilities. Our credentials include decades of nursing experience, health management education, and a strong commitment to community values and safety standards.
