Action Landscaping Services, LLC is a full service lawncare provider that provides quality full lawn care services at an affordable price and great value to both residential and commercial customers. Action Landscaping Services plans to meet the needs of customers in the Sacramento area by offering a wide array of lawn care services, using well trained and skilled lawn care service providers and offering competitive prices for lawn care service.
We are currently in the process of seeking funding to start up the business. We are requesting a loan in the amount of $1.2 million which will be used to purchase the equipment needed to accommodate 16 lawn service employees and also fund the operations of the business for the first 8 months until the business starts to make a profit. We will be also pursuing other favorable low interest rate minority and veteran loans and grants to fund the business. This loan request will allow us to turn a profit in the first year of operation with an upward increase in revenue year after year. Your support of this start-up business will enable us to provide jobs in the community and build a sustainable business.
Services that will be offered to both residential and commercial customers will be mowing, edging, shrub trimming, yard clean-up, haul-away services, gardening, tree planting, soil aeration, grass seeding, sod insulation, and lawn sprinkler installation and repair. Action Landscaping Services plans to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by creating a communication and service app which our customers will use to order service and to communicate their needs and feedback. This will ensure that we address any issues and meet our customers’ needs in a timely basis.
Lawn care services team will consist of 2 to 4 persons depending on the size of the property and the work that needs to be done. Action Landscaping Services goal is to exceed our customers expectations and to provide them peace of mind that their property will be serviced with care. We would like to be known as a company that provides professional quality services at an affordable great value.
The company will be managed by three skilled and experienced executives with the appropriate skills and experience in their roles. Our management team consist of Ronald Blair, who will be the CEO of the company. Ronald has experience operating and running a landscaping business. Ronald Colbert, who will be the CFO for Action Landscaping Services is a military veteran and has owned businesses and is adept in managing a company’s resources to maximize profits. In addition, he has deep experience in sales and account management. Yumara Vazquez will be the Chief Human Resources Office and has had experience in this role for a retail store. Since the employees of Action Landscaping Services will be considered one of the most important and valued resources, her skill and experience in hiring and retaining great talent will be critical to the success of the company.
